Hydrate: Drink water to help your body flush toxins and support healing.​


Self-Care:Enjoy soothing activities like a warm bath, herbal tea, or a nourishing meal.

Rest & Reflect: Take time for gentle relaxation or meditation to integrate the healing energy.​​​


Journal Insights: Track changes in mood or body, and record any thoughts or feelings to monitor your healing journey.​​​


Stay Grounded: Connect with nature or practice grounding exercises for balance. 


Follow-Up: Consider a follow-up session to continue your healing process.
